The estate of a man involved in a Newark auto accident with a truck received a $1.2 million settlement.
As a result of the accident, the man suffered numerous leg fractures. Complications led to a leg amputation below the knee.
Just as the man was recovering from his injuries, he died due to unrelated reasons, said the estate’s attorney, Gregg Alan Stone, Esq., a Newark NJ auto accident lawyer.
