Qui Tam Whistleblower Settlements
Qui Tam is a shortened version of the phrase qui tam pro domino rege quam pro se ipso in hac parte sequitur, which is Latin for “He who sues in this matter for the king as [well as] for himself.†Qui Tam is the court equivalent of the whistleblower concept.

Hassan Zavareei earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 1995, where he graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif.
