The website SettlementBoard.com is a legal news blog organized by me, Clay Cazier, my friends and colleagues at LexisNexis. It’s an aggregation of interesting news items we’ve found, law firm profiles, FAQs and other articles that have a legal slant. Research shows divorce settlements, workers compensation, personal injury and medical malpractice cases are the most popular kinds of lawsuit settlement news articles, but I’m sure we’ll end up featuring much more than just those topics.
